Account deletion and privacy choices.

Delete or close your account in Quelboo

When you can sign in, open your account settings and select the available option to delete your customer account, remove a dependent profile, offboard a staff account, or begin business-account closure. The exact label may differ by account role.

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Additional actions may be required when the account has future bookings, pending payments, refunds, disputes, active staff access, gift-card obligations, payouts, or other unresolved responsibilities.

Submit a request without signing in

Email privacy@quelboo.com from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject line Quelboo account deletion request.

In the message, provide only:

• Your name.
• The email address or telephone number associated with the account.
• Whether the request concerns a customer, business owner, staff, or dependent profile.
• The business name, when the request concerns a business account.
• A short description of the request.

Dependent participant profiles

A parent or legal guardian may request removal of a dependent profile they are authorized to manage. We may retain or deidentify historical registration, attendance, waiver, refund, or safety records where permitted or required, while removing information no longer needed for an active purpose.

Business-account closure

Closing a business account may require an orderly wind-down rather than immediate deletion. The business may need to resolve future appointments, Group Bookings, Sessions, customer refunds, disputes, staff access, business-issued gift cards, payment-provider obligations, and other outstanding responsibilities.

Quelboo may disable new activity while preserving access needed to complete refunds, export lawful records, resolve support matters, and maintain required history.

What happens to information

After verification and resolution of applicable obligations, we will delete, deidentify, or restrict account information that is not reasonably needed. We may retain information where permitted or required for:

• Payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, tax, accounting, and financial records.
• Business-issued gift-card balances and obligations.
• Fraud prevention, security, abuse detection, and account integrity.
• Legal claims, regulatory obligations, audits, and enforcement of agreements.
• Booking, consent, waiver, attendance, or transaction history that must remain accurate.
• Technical backups that are isolated from ordinary use and deleted on their normal cycle.

Deleting the Quelboo app from a device does not delete the account.

Other privacy requests

You may also contact privacy@quelboo.com to request access, correction, a portable copy, or another privacy choice where applicable. We may need to verify your identity, relationship to the account or business, and authority to act for another person.
